Tomorrow is my brother's birthday. I need to find somewhere else to be during this time, as he is having tons of people over and I would like to avoid this.

One more day of work, then a week of freedom, then school. Sigh. Well, I'm looking forward to it, at least. Although there's still a lot that I need to do...

SaiFancharacter at precure is going decently. Yoko is the only one of my characters remaining and she doesn't have a chance, but if she loses, I hope someone from Shining wins. I really like that one.

One thing about school starting now that sucks is the Douglas Park byelection. Thanks to that, Crown corporations can't do promotional giveaways or booths in the city until it's over. Besides the fact that this means that they won't be at Welcome Week, which means that I can't add to my promo collection, this also means that we do not get the SaskTel donut stand at same week. B| This fails.

Moved to filing warehouse today. Melted from lack of fans. Spilled soup all over lunchroom and clothes, starved for remainder of day. Discovered full extent of fear of ladders. Otherwise, good.

Canada Day is next week! Furthermore, I have it off, and will be lording this fact over all of you who do not. Actually, I'm more likely to just waste a bunch of time in the park playing with inflatable swords, but hey. (Speaking of which, I think I want a flag. Full-sized, too. However, I am not quite sure what I would do with one, so I have held off on this matter.)

Why has the Carlton Cards in the mall been playing nothing but Hilary Duff for a week? I know stores do that with current music, but come on, her? I don't get it. Maybe the manager just trudged through My Immortal.

Former place of employment mentioned in previous entry was on the front page of the paper today. Joy. I haven't gotten around to reading it. Guess they finally caved to the outsourcing requests. I know tons of people will be mad. e-e; Speaking of work, there's nothing really bad going on at new!work, but it is freezing cold. They overuse the AC. Think they'll turn it off if we ask?

Must ship box. Box has been in my room for a month and a half. Please help prevent my further laziness.

...The call centre I used to work at is closing down in September. They couldn't get the amount of new workers they needed.

Apparently, my brother's friend got food poisoning... but they don't know where since they were running around town eating everything not nailed down at Mosaic. Fail. :|

I found the last three Higurashi singles. *A* Somehow. Even though I thought that was completely impossible. Now I have to actually go buy them, but I already budgeted to get something else. orz. *headwall*

I need to do something with this stuff I scavenged from the construction site. Hm...

So. Starting tonight, in one hour and thirteen minutes, Ontario and Quebec will no longer be exempt from the $3 handling charge.

And it's finally my day off but I can't go anywhere because I have no change. Why did I forget to get a bus pass this month. *headwall* I can finally go to anime club, though, but I don't know if it's cancelled or if we get our clubroom back or what. Someone enlighten me. D: Either way, I need to celebrate my not being stuck answering phones at night.

Speaking of work, it's beginning to frustrate me how people take every excuse they can not to check what size they are. Apparently, they somehow think that waiting for three different sizes of everything, going through the trouble of trying them all on, taking them back and answering the returns questions for each one is more convenient than just getting the one they want.
( Their excuses are pretty dumb, too. )
