I'm hungry. I wish I could cook, but I can't. I also wish there was bread, but oh, no, now I can't even make a sandwich. Didn't we just go grocery shopping?
Thirty-four minutes to go before I'm supposed to give up waiting. I wonder if she forgot...
I rejoice, for I now own something incredibly rare. This, of course, being the entire set of Higurashi s1 English DVD singles. Anything past volume 2 is impossible to find since Geneon quit doing their own distribution. Now all I need to do is keep looking for the other singles I'm missing. Anyone seen Kanon volume three?
Seriously. Why do we have no bread.
Planted paper cranes with little inspiring messages the other day. I hope it worked.

For the past few months, I have been planning a back-to-school bomb-of-the-non-literal-variety that involved going to the university first thing in the early morning (when no one is around, and yes, I've done things then before) and planting a very large amount of pinwheels on every lawn and flowerbed you could think of.
I woke up much too early in accordance with this. However, I ran across two problems:
1) Not enough pinwheels.
2) It's raining.
So now I've been sitting around doing nothing for the past handful of hours. Well, at least if it were further along into the year, I could use the time for homework or something.
Plan B. I need them.
Edit: I may possibly have a plan B. It will, however, need a handful of other people and a trip to Value Village.

So, I had a big chunk of time to get rid of between 10:30 and 1, since I had to be there for my advising appointment. (Which are good to have. Who knew classes could fill up the day they opened for registration?) I decided, of course, to fill the space with a series of mini-bombs in Ad Hum. (For those of you new to my flist, I am not talking about REAL bombs. More like weird stuff to make people smile.)
Dropping packets of Mr. Noodles from the fifth floor while yelling "GIFT FROM THE HEAVENS!" certainly got people's attention, but, apparently, no one realized that they were actual gifts and that they were supposed to eat them. I ended up discreetly (or not) going down, picking them up, and putting them on the free books table at the English department. They were gone within the hour. Yay for being charitable!
My other ideas didn't work so well, but I just thought them up on the spot to compensate for the failure of the Mr. Noodles idea. And I think my chalkboard messages are losing their effect. Who wants to help me plant inflatable cows around the Classroom Building?
