OKAY I SPLURGED AND GOT THE SHINY APPLE KEYBOARD THEY HAVE! Oh god, it's so... so nice to type on it. I DON'T HAVE TO SMASH MY KEYS TO GET THE KEY INPUT like my last one the keys got sticky even after I cleaned it, so yay no more sticky keys that require a firm smash to get it pressed. Plus no busted plug, AND AN EXTENSION CORD SO I DON'T BUST THIS KEYBOARD'S PLUG brb gonna apple!fag for a while.

ALSO! Official HI ame_no_genki!! And kinda official HI cuterabbit33 since I didn't actually said I was friending you BUT THAT'S OKAY RIGHT? RIGHT!? ;_;

We've gotten quite a few entries, but not enough to hold voting - understandable, since I've only given ya'll three days - so I will be extending Challenge 4-3 until our usual deadline on SUNDAY, around 11 PM.

Looks like I'm going to have to buy a new keyboard. Mine seems to have died. At least... the plug is now broken enough to where I can't really move the keyboard to a comfortable place without it having a need to be unplugged and replugged back in. And using my little sister's keyboard sucks because the space bar is jacked up a bit. Have to press down hard for it to put in a space, which... is a pain.

... So now I'm looking at the new keyboard Apple has out. I really shouldn't use that much money on it, but... god I kinda want it badly now ;__; It looks so nice, and I'm reading generally good reviews on it from Apple Store, but that may just be general bias, even with the few negative reviews. BUT REGARDLESS!!! I might just buy it tomorrow.

Plus other things I should probably do.

OKAY so yeah I've been slowly replaying GU and nobody cares THAT'S FINE WITH ME but I'm gonna talk about it anyway. This is a lot of stuff that I keep trying to talk about every time I say something like WHOO I GOTS SOME GU THOUGHTS and then never post. Playing on a HUGE TV kind of makes you think about some stuff I guess!

In random news now that Team Sexy is together at last, I've been doing all the quests I haven't done because I wanted to see their scenes for. The Knuckleman one was really funny, since Kuhn was all like OH WOW IT'S SO CLICHED I LOVE ROBOT STORIES :D and Pi was like "... are we done yet" the entire time. The lucky animal one where you have to kill ALL THE MONSTERS and Pi's opening line was "THERE'S NO TIME TO FIGHT MONSTERS HASEO >:|" but after the black sleipnir appears she's like "OH. WELL MAYBE YOU HAD TO AFTER ALL >:|" Sometimes there are just the most amazing moments in the prerecorded blah.

ANYWAY I THINK I WILL GO PLAY NOW WHOOOOO. Later.

So this morning, I figured I'd do my computer some good and clean up a bunch of little caches and preference files for programs I've long deleted or don't use. As well as delete a bunch of passwords and stuff to websites I never go to. And while doing that, I notice websites that... I cannot remember for the life of me signing up for. Like Facebook. I know my memory isn't great and all, but wow, when in the hell did I get a facebook account.

I'm going to just drop/idle out of Luceti. And forget the Daisychain app I was working on, I can't concentrate on any more RPs. Hell, I'm not even paying attention to Digital Dive, and they have a huge story plot going on that I could jump into and I can't seem to concentrate on it either.

But aside from that, things seem to be feeling weird. Weird as in "I should be fine and dandy, but somehow I'm not" weird. I still need a shower, which I will do in a few minutes after my brother is done. And then... more boring days wheeee I need to do something productive today.

So yesterday started raining, and then around the time I was going to come home from work it started STORMING. Not too bad. I was going to get some takeout but the storm got CRAZY and then the power went out! So scratch that plan. Maybe tonight in a belated birthday move.

LJ gave me a present, the present of SIX ICONS WHAT. Yeah, the paid account expired, but I hate the fact that it always chooses icons I don't like that much when it starts locking them. Actually now that I look at them in a less sleep-induced-haze state, these ones aren't that bad, though there isn't much for variety.

I hooked up the PS2 to the big screen yesterday night in a fit of boredom and HOLY CRAP it's brilliant. TIME FOR AMAZING GU ADVENTURES GUYS

So, tonight I thought I'd pull out my old external hard drives and plug them into my dad's dvd burner case. Just to see how much space I have on them and if I can maybe help take some things off my computer. All good stuff, right?

I don't know what in God's holy name I did, but wow, I somehow did a HUGE number on one of them. It's all fucked up on the file system, and I honestly am not finding any clues on the internet about how that could have happened. Now if only I had a full/paid version of this data rescue program I'm using to check to see what's in it data file-wise, I'd probably sporadically pull some stuff off of it and stuff it on the other drive.

Haha, man maybe I just need a new external drive, this one's not even 15 GB, and it's very old, so \(o_O)/ Will have to look into that a lot later, though.

In other news, I still don't have an interesting life to update about.

And last night was a major dream dumpage. One segment was about Kitteh (Plum), unfortunately it wasn't fun or happeh =/ and another segment was Colette, Lloyd, and Zelos (maybe Genis too) in a church bus with the folks from my previous job. And of course Colette fell over when the bus lurched to a start. Go figure.

Does anyone know of anything that's important to Spanish-speaking peoples that could be used in a logo? I have heard that Spanish families are close-knit and I seem to associate them with music and dance (probably because of Selena ^^;), but I'm not sure what other directions I could take other than mimicking a Spanish art style or something...
