So I'm doing a christmas gift / swap with my freind. She does art and I'll give her a poem. But she wants it on nice paper and me being me I want to make the paper. I have some ideas but I would love more. I may do this for quite a few christmas yule time presents. Here are some ideas. They aren't mine, they are taken from my giant list. Sorry if it isn't that glamourbomby but all of the ideas are originally used for glamourbombing. Sorry if it's off topic.

It's early November, which means that I want to start getting our Holiday shit figured out. MEANING!

AG OVER EIGHTEEN CARD SWAP FOR COOL PEOPLE

If you want to plan any holiday event, that's cool with me. Just let me know. Hell, you could even reply to this post to let me know! That would be pretty smart.

Meanwhile, I want us to have a card swap. Now you, too, can look like one of the cool kids that has friends and everything with a huge bushel full of cards from AG>18! Hang them in your home! Feed them to your dog! Whatever, I don't actually care!

The basic idea is that you and everyone else send me a bushel of cards, I'll sort them, and then I'll package them up and send you everyone else's well wishes.

In steps:

1. Sign up for the card swap by mailing me with your snail mail address. Don't worry, I won't give your snail mail address to anyone else.

Sign ups start right this second and end November 15th. That's a Sunday.

2. On November 15th, I'll email EVERYONE in the card swap and let them know who signed up for it. You'll get a number of people and a list of names.

3. Start making your cards/goodies. I don't care if you lovingly handcraft each member an individual and personalized wish for this winter season or if you fold a piece of construction paper in half and write "hapy holidays" on it. Your dolls can sign it if they want to, and I highly encourage it, but they don't have to if they don't want to.

(A SUGGESTION: Last year a couple of people took a digital picture of their dolls and took it to one of those places or websites that makes Christmas cards out of family portraits. Those came out really cool, and probably took a good 15 seconds, so that might be an idea if you're stumped for ideas or strapped for time.)

If you want to throw some kind of goodie in there, that's fine, but don't get too big with it. Keep in mind that I have to package these things up and ship them with other people's things! If fifteen people sign up and all fifteen of you send me huge things to put in fifteen boxes to then ship cross country, I won't be full of holiday cheer.

4. Send them to me. I'll give you my address. They must arrive at my place on December 5th. Probably, you'll want to ship them before then.

5. I'll sort them. I'll probably take pictures too because this is going to look freaking hilarious.

6. I'll send them out. They should merrily arrive in your place sometime in December.

7. You'll enjoy them. Hopefully. Or you'll feed them to your dog.

Everything clear?

I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to send cards with non-secular things on them, like jingle bells or snowmen. Not everyone celebrates what you celebrate. However, I'm not going to restrict it, because we've never restricted what holidays we celebrate here at AG>18. Should you get a card with something on it that is a symbol of a faith not your own, I expect you to act like an adult and say to yourself, "This person gave me this expression of themselves because they care about me and want me to feel good this season." If you think that you will die in a lump after coming here and wanking your heart out because you got a card with a menorah/Christmas tree/Kwanzaa mat/Buddha statue/Pentagram/Sarah Palin/egg balanced on one side/cross/ceremonial knife on it, don't sign up. The end. You've been warned.*

If you want to send a specific card to an individual, that's cool, just make sure you mark the card somehow so I know who gets what. I recommend putting the card in an envelope and writing the person's name on it.

If you want to send cards to an individual's individual dolls, that's cool too, just make sure I know what person gets what. I'd put all the cards for that person's doll together in one envelope, then write the person's name on it so I know.

It's free to participate, but if you wanted to toss me a dollar or two for shipping via PayPal or tucked into your package that would rock most hard.

Haha, and beyond my introduction, I have here a special little preview of something I've been working on for a few weeks now that I hope everyone will enjoy. ^_^



The Symphony Kingdom lies in the center of the Four Fountains. Each fountain has a mystical instrument to harness the energy that brings life to the Kingdom. When the Dark Orchestra comes to steal away these instruments, two small beings, Kiseki and Negai, leave to search for the protectors of the Symphony Kingdom: Pretty Cure! Ayaka Himawari and Kairi Tsukimi are two ordinary school girls at a performing arts academy. When the two are victims of the Dark Orchestras attack on the students, the two are confronted by Kiseki and Negai as the chosen warriors and together they become Cure Harmony and Cure Melody! The two girls fight against the Dark Orchestra to save the Symphony Kingdom before the Fountains run out of energy, leaving the Kingdom barren and inhabitable. With the guidance of Kiseki and Negai, the two girls search for the mystical instruments to defeat the Dark Orchestra. Along the way they’ll battle the terrifying monsters, Hidoina, and come across new foes and allies. Two new Cures will also make their appearance as time goes and when all is said and done, the final battle will begin!

 Hey again!  It might be a little TOO early, but I decided to make a fanseries!!! It is called Pretty Cure Tropical Twirls!

A girl named Ayumu, who has brown hair, blue eyes, likes majou shoujo(magical girl) anime, and has a cheerful personality,  is attending a private school... in a Hawaiian cruise! Little does she know that she is a legendary hero, the hero named Cure Tropic. Along with four friends named Aya(Cure Papaya), Hiroku(Cure Coconut), Yumi(Cure Pineapple), and Hoshiko(Cure Ocean). and the two mascots Sunny and Cloudy, they have to defeat the evil Aisubagurerumu(Iceberg realm) from destroying the Leaf of the Tropic Plant. The monster is called tojikomeru, which means "Shut up".

Hi everybody! I am putting together a website (ok, truth is, my husband is putting it together, I am just the supervisor ;)) and I would like to have a customs section showing dolls I have worked on. SO... if I have done any work for you and you have pictures of your beautiful girls, can I see them and can I use them on my site? Also, if anyone has before pictures of their girls I would love those as well (especially those who were in less than great shape when they started). I hope this is alright to post here, I just couldn't think of where else to put it.

okay, I think I’m fully awake now so! That only took two hours

Finally finished Odin Sphere last night. Got all the other scenes for the characters too, so THE STORY IS COMPLETE! I... just need to find the rest of the recipes. Stayed up til four in the morning to get the good and bad endings. Some of those endings were really bawww inducing :( Poor Mercedes and Ingway. Also Velvet you furry :||

That’s... pretty much it. I’m not one to analyze a game’s story and its affect on me. I mean, it was a fun game, I had fun, the story just made it better, that’s it! I wouldn’t be able to give you my favorite character because in all honesty, I’m still having a hard time figuring it out |D;; I guess I could say I’m leaning towards Mercedes? As a story character, anyway. As a playable character she can go ahead a stay a tree kthnx. But then I beat giantass Leventhan with her, dying fifteen million times in the process so But Oswald was pretty awesome in his own way.

Now then. I kinda feel like playing GrimGrimoire again. What’s that other new Vanillaware game? Need to get that too.

Also remind me to never stay up late to play a game ever again. Five hours of sleep makes me cranky.

Because cure_shabon and other users have said that they wish for a male singing Pretty Cure's opening songs, I began thinking about it and found a song that I thought had a possibility to fit into the scenes from Fresh Pretty Cure!, and so I began working on it. And here's the results.


The song is called flyaway, sung by BACK-ON. The song was used as the opening song for the game Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2, an Escort Title for the Tales Series (and I'm not trying to make commercial for the Tales Series, not at aaaaall).

I ended up using one of CureCom's videos, so the Fresh Pretty Cure! title has the "CureCom" above. I hope that's okay.

You can go on and tell me how awesome I am now *sarcasm*.
