Everyone here knows someone I play or have played, so I'm not gonna list 'em all. I'll certainly forget half of them, anyway.

Canada Day is next week! Furthermore, I have it off, and will be lording this fact over all of you who do not. Actually, I'm more likely to just waste a bunch of time in the park playing with inflatable swords, but hey. (Speaking of which, I think I want a flag. Full-sized, too. However, I am not quite sure what I would do with one, so I have held off on this matter.)

Why has the Carlton Cards in the mall been playing nothing but Hilary Duff for a week? I know stores do that with current music, but come on, her? I don't get it. Maybe the manager just trudged through My Immortal.

Former place of employment mentioned in previous entry was on the front page of the paper today. Joy. I haven't gotten around to reading it. Guess they finally caved to the outsourcing requests. I know tons of people will be mad. e-e; Speaking of work, there's nothing really bad going on at new!work, but it is freezing cold. They overuse the AC. Think they'll turn it off if we ask?

Must ship box. Box has been in my room for a month and a half. Please help prevent my further laziness.

...The call centre I used to work at is closing down in September. They couldn't get the amount of new workers they needed.

Anything past volume 2 is impossible to find since Geneon quit doing their own distribution. Now all I need to do is keep looking for the other singles I'm missing. Anyone seen Kanon volume three?

My review of the Precure dub. No, it's not as rage-filled as you might expect from me.

Gah, our Children's Lit class has some of those annoying people who don't participate in running commentary on the film and, when you make jokes during it, say something obnoxious like, "Can you please just let me watch the movie?" So. Much. Rage. Even the teacher comments and jokes around with us, so can't these people realize that talking during the movie is half the fun?

Seriously.

Note to the general population of this school: I do not care how boring your class is. If you must pull the fire alarm, wait until a day when it is not MINUS 45 WITH THE WIND CHILL.

FWPC dub's got an air date! I shall be gleefully using my nationality to my advantage in order to write up weekly snark reports on precure coming March 6th. Nagisa and Honoka Natalie and Hannah won't know what hit them.

Aaaah, still can't find the course package and getting a little worried now. More like extremely worried, but my friends are going through way worse things than not being able to get a textbook since the start of term (and not for lack of trying!), so I feel bad being too worried about it. orz.

And possibly non-dark goodfic about my unhappy, sparkle-less fandoms. I'm a purist, sure, but I'm also an optimist, and the latter trumps the former when it counts. Furude Rika getting injected to become a magical catgirl would be great, but Momomiya Ichigo being ritually disemboweled to set off an insanity plague means someone is getting a talking-to.
